New Builds in Northleach, Gloucestershire

What's the secret to a house that feels solid from the moment you walk in? It starts with the 'bones' of the building. Our team handles the entire first fix phase, including structural floor joists, complex roof trusses, and stud walls that are actually straight. But we know that what you'll really notice every day are the finishing touches. That's where our second fix expertise comes in. Imagine perfectly hung internal doors, sleek skirting boards that meet the floor without a gap, and bespoke architraves that add real character. We treat your new build with the same level of detail we’d use for a piece of custom furniture.

You've probably heard the 'new build horror stories', where the move-in date comes with a list of a hundred faults. We do things differently. Because we do the carpentry as well as the building work, we aim for a snag-free finish the first time around. By managing the project meticulously from the shell and core stage through to the final lick of paint, we ensure that your property development doesn't just look good in photos, but stands up to the rigours of real life. Wouldn't you rather move into a home that's actually finished?

Building in Northleach comes with its own set of rules, especially given our beautiful Cotswold surroundings. Are you worried about meeting strict planning permissions or ensuring your new home complies with the latest Part L energy efficiency standards? We cover Northleach and nearby villages for new builds. We work closely with your architect to ensure every element of the structural work and bespoke joinery meets building regs while respecting the traditional aesthetic of the area. We can even advise on materials that satisfy the council's requirements without blowing your budget.

Managing a dozen different trades can feel like a full-time job you never asked for. That’s why we offer a comprehensive turnkey service. From the initial groundworks and brickwork to the final bathroom renovations and kitchen installation, we handle the lot. You'll get a transparent, itemised quote from the start—no 'hidden extras' that suddenly appear halfway through the build. We pride ourselves on being the reliable local tradesmen who actually show up when they say they will. It’s about building a relationship based on trust, as much as it is about building a house.
