New Builds in Gloucester, Gloucestershire

What sets us apart from the big national developers? It's the focus on the details that usually get missed in the rush. It's natural to worry about 'snagging', those annoying little faults like doors that don't shut right or skirting boards with gaps. Because our roots are in carpentry, we approach every new build with a craftsman’s eye. We handle all the first-fix carpentry, like getting the roof trusses and stud walls perfectly square, and then follow through with the second-fix work that you'll see every day. Think flawlessly hung internal doors, bespoke staircases, and hardwood flooring that doesn't creak. We don't just 'install' things; we fit them with precision, aiming for a snag-free finish that saves you a headache six months down the line.

Does the idea of juggling architects, groundworkers, and building inspectors make your head spin? It’s enough to put anyone off a self-build project. We take that burden off your shoulders by providing a complete turnkey service. We’ll work directly from your architectural drawings, managing the entire programme of works from the first dig to the final coat of paint. You won't be chasing us for updates; we believe in clear, honest communication and providing itemised quotes so you know exactly where every penny of your budget is going. After all, nobody likes nasty surprises when they're building a house.

While we love a fresh new build project, our expertise doesn't stop there. We can also help homeowners expand or refresh their existing spaces. If you've got the land for a new house but also need to modernise your current place before selling, we can help with everything from home renovations and extensions to bespoke kitchen installations. We even handle the tricky stuff like chimney removals or groundworks for new patios and driveways. We’re based in Cheltenham and cover Gloucester and nearby villages, as well as places like Stroud and Tewkesbury. If you're ready to stop dreaming and start digging, why not give us a shout? We’d love to chat about your plans and show you how we can make your vision for a new home a reality.
