Bespoke Kitchen Design Installation in Stroud, Gloucestershire

Why settle for a 'one-size-fits-all' kitchen when your house is anything but standard? High-street retailers often leave you with unsightly filler panels and wasted gaps because their units only come in fixed sizes. We do things differently. Our bespoke kitchens are hand-built to your room’s exact dimensions. This is especially vital in our local Stroud properties, where walls are rarely straight and floors have a mind of their own. We use a technique called 'scribing' to ensure every cupboard and worktop sits perfectly flush against even the most uneven Cotswold stone wall. From floor-to-ceiling pantry units to that dream kitchen island you've always wanted, every inch is designed to maximise your storage and eliminate clutter.

Are you looking for a timeless Shaker style that suits a period townhouse, or perhaps something sleek and handleless for a new extension? If you're in a listed building or a conservation area, you'll know the planning process can be a bit of a headache. We're well-versed in these regulations and can help guide you through the materials and designs that will satisfy both the council and your personal taste. We use high-quality materials like solid timber, quartz, and granite to ensure your investment doesn't just look great on day one, but adds genuine, long-term value to your home.

We know the biggest worry with a kitchen refurbishment is the stress of managing half a dozen different trades. Who’s doing the electrics? When is the tiler showing up? At DP Carpentry, we take all of that off your plate. We provide a complete end-to-end service, meaning we handle everything from the initial structural alterations and 'first-fix' plumbing to the delicate 'second-fix' finishing touches. Imagine coming home to a site that is kept tidy every single day, with a single point of contact who actually answers the phone. We manage the whole project timeline so you don’t have to spend your weekends chasing contractors. It’s about making the transformation of your kitchen as seamless and excitement-filled as possible.

There’s a world of difference between a factory-mass-produced kitchen and one that’s been crafted by a skilled local joiner. We pride ourselves on the 'DP Difference'—using traditional techniques to ensure your drawers don't sag and your cupboard doors stay perfectly aligned for years to come. We combine this old-school craftsmanship with modern hardware, like soft-close runners and clever pull-out storage solutions, to give you the best of both worlds. We treat every home as if it were our own. We don't cut corners, we use transparent pricing with no hidden 'extras', and we leave every job site immaculate.
