Bathroom Renovations in Painswick, Gloucestershire

Coordinating different trades can be a real hassle. Who wants to spend their evenings chasing a plumber, then a tiler, then an electrician? We take all that weight off your shoulders by providing a completely managed service. From the initial 'rip-out' of your old suite to the final coat of paint, we handle every detail. This includes all the essential 'first fix' plumbing and electrical work, as well as the 'second fix' where we install your chosen sanitaryware and brassware. We make sure the sub-floor preparation is spot on—crucial for heavy stone tiles—so you won’t have to worry about cracked grout or leaks further down the line.

What sets us apart from your average bathroom fitter is our background in high-end carpentry. We often find that off-the-shelf cabinets don’t quite work in Painswick’s older properties, where walls are rarely straight and alcoves can be awkward. That’s where we shine. We can design and build bespoke floating vanity units that create the illusion of more floor space, or craft recessed niches into your shower walls to keep your shampoos tidy. If you've got a specific vision for hidden storage or custom-built linen cupboards, we have the joinery skills to make it happen right here in Gloucestershire.

Are you thinking about ditching the bath for a sleek, modern walk-in shower? Or perhaps you're dreaming of a fully tanked wet room? These are fantastic options for adding a touch of luxury and making smaller bathrooms feel much larger. We take the waterproofing process extremely seriously, using high-quality tanking systems to ensure your home stays dry and protected. From installing P-shaped or L-shaped shower baths for the best of both worlds, to fitting underfloor heating that makes those chilly Gloucestershire mornings a lot more bearable, we’ll help you design a space that’s as practical as it is beautiful.

Working in Painswick often means dealing with conservation areas and beautiful period architecture. We understand the care needed when working on older homes, from navigating thick stone walls to ensuring all work complies with local building regulations. We’re well-versed in sympathetic restorations, making sure your new bathroom respects the character of your property while providing all the modern comforts you need. Whether it's a small cloakroom under the stairs or an expansive master en-suite, we bring the same meticulous attention to detail to every project across Stroud and the surrounding villages.
