Bathroom Renovations in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire

One of the biggest headaches for homeowners is juggling three or four different trades at once. You've likely heard the horror stories: the plumber is waiting for the tiler, who’s waiting for the carpenter—it's a nightmare. We take all that stress off your plate by managing the entire project ourselves. As building contractors first and foremost, we handle the "heavy lifting" like moving internal walls to create more space or repairing water-damaged floor joists. It’s a turnkey solution that ensures your sub-floor preparation is rock-solid, so those beautiful new porcelain tiles won't crack six months down the line because of a bouncy floor.

Minchinhampton houses are full of character, but that often means wonky walls and awkward corners. Off-the-shelf cabinets from the big DIY stores rarely fit properly, leaving you with wasted space and dust-gathering gaps. That’s where our bespoke carpentry background really shines. We can craft floating vanity units or recessed niches directly into your shower walls to keep your shampoos tidy and out of sight. Imagine a hand-built storage unit that matches your woodwork and fits that weird little alcove behind the door perfectly—that’s the difference between a standard fit and a truly tailored renovation.

Thinking about ditching the old radiator for something a bit sleeker? Wet rooms and walk-in showers are becoming incredibly popular around Stroud, and for good reason. They're accessible, easy to clean, and look fantastic in a modern home. We take the waterproofing—or "tanking"—process very seriously, because nobody wants a leak dripping into their kitchen ceiling. To finish the space off, we often recommend installing underfloor heating. There’s nothing quite like the feel of warm tiles underfoot when the frost is thick on Minchinhampton Common and you’re just waking up.

Most people focus on the shiny new taps or the colour of the grout, but what's happening behind the tiles is what actually matters. DIY jobs where the shower tray isn't level or the waterproofing is skipped can lead to damp and rot. Our team handles every stage of the "first fix" plumbing and electrical work with precision. We ensure your new sanitaryware and brassware are installed to last, using high-quality materials that can stand up to Gloucestershire's hard water. Whether it's a P-shaped bath for the kids or a minimalist walk-in shower, we make sure the internal workings are as good as the finish.
