Bathroom Renovations in Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Coordinating plumbers, tilers and electricians yourself can be stressful. That’s where we come in. As building contractors first and foremost, we offer a total "turnkey" solution. If we need to move a wall to create a walk-in shower or reinforce floor joists for a heavy stone bath, we’ve got the structural expertise to do it safely. We manage the first-fix plumbing and electrics right through to the second-fix installation of your sanitaryware and brassware. You get one point of contact, one clear quote, and a lot less tea-time stress.

Why settle for a generic flat-pack cupboard that doesn't quite fit the alcove? Because we’re carpenters at heart, we can build custom storage that standard bathroom fitters simply can’t. Think floating vanity units that make a small en-suite feel bigger, or recessed niches in the shower wall so you can finally ditch those rusty hanging racks. We love creating clever under-sink cupboards and hidden shelving that makes the most of every awkward inch in your Gloucester home. It’s these little details—like a perfectly fitted oak worktop or custom-built shelving—that take a refurbishment from "alright" to "amazing."

There’s nothing worse than a beautiful new bathroom that starts leaking six months down the line. We take the "hidden" parts of your renovation very seriously. This means proper tanking (the waterproofing process) for wet rooms and walk-in showers to ensure your home stays dry. If you're tired of cold feet on winter mornings, we can also install underfloor heating before the tiling goes down. From choosing the right sub-floor preparation for heavy porcelain tiles to fitting your shower valves with precision, we focus on the things that make your bathroom last, not just look good for photos.

Are you working on a Regency apartment in the city centre or a listed cottage on the outskirts? Gloucester has some stunning historic buildings, but they often come with their own set of rules. We’re well-versed in local building regulations and can advise on what’s possible within conservation areas. Whether it’s a sympathetic restoration of a period bathroom or a modern update that respects the building’s character, we ensure everything is up to code. We pride ourselves on keeping a tidy site too; we know how disruptive building work can be, so we make sure your home stays liveable while we work our magic.
